Welcome to Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC). This website is the gateway to the services VLRC offers as an authorized service provider for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). Information on vision rehabilitation services, programs and products is available here.

VLRC supports Veterans Affairs Canada’s mission to provide exemplary, client-centred services and benefits that respond to the needs of Veterans in recognition of their services to Canada; and to keep the memory of their achievements and sacrifices alive for all Canadians.

VLRC is authorized to provide vision rehabilitation services to Veterans Affairs Canada clients as per Program of Choice (POC) 14 which covers vision care. We provide services/care in-person, by phone, in group settings or via tele-health.

Eligibility

VLRC provides vision rehabilitation services to current and former members of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP.
