New Locations
As VLRC’s services continue to grow, we are pleased to announce several new locations for our existing clinics.
Barrie, ON – As of December 16, 2024, we are now located at 1 Quarry Ridge Road, Unit 302, Barrie, ON L4M 7G1.
Brampton/Mississauga, ON – As of December 17, 2024, we are now located at 10 Kingsbridge Garden Circle, Unit 402, Mississauga, ON L5R 3K7.
Windsor, ON – As of February 3, 2025, we are now located at 633 Ouellette Ave, Unit 307, Windsor, ON N9A 4J4.
Whitby, ON – As of December 16, 2024, we have transitioned from operating a physical office to delivering our healthcare services directly within the community. Whether at your home, workplace, or neighbourhood, our dedicated team remains committed to providing the care and support you need.
While we explore options for a new location that prioritizes accessibility, we will continue offering our services throughout the Durham region with the same quality of care.
As a Whitby client, you can work with your specialist during the booking process to choose the most convenient location for your appointment.

A survey team from CARF International* will be visiting on November 18-19, 2024.
We invited the surveyors to evaluate how well we meet international standards for quality. The survey will tell us what we are doing well and ways we might improve. As a result of this survey, we may earn or continue accreditation.
As part of the survey, the surveyors will interview people who receive services, their families, our staff, and others. Some questions the survey team members might ask people are:
- Do we provide a clean and safe setting?
- Do you receive the services you need and want?
- Are you treated with respect?
- Do you take part in planning your services?
- Are you told what you need to know about your services?
- Are your questions answered in a way you understand?
- Do you know where to go with questions or concerns?
